About Lesson

SMART Goals:

  • While not a categorization tool, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals is a framework widely used for setting clear and effective goals.
  • SMART criteria help individuals define and prioritize their objectives.

Kanban System:

  • Often used in project management, the Kanban system visualizes tasks on a board, with columns representing different stages of completion.
  • Tasks are moved through columns to indicate progress. This method provides transparency and helps prioritize work.

EAT Method (Eliminate, Automate, Delegate):

This method involves categorizing tasks into three categories:

  • tasks to eliminate (unnecessary or low-value tasks)
  • tasks to automate (routine tasks that can be automated)
  • tasks to delegate (tasks that can be assigned to others).
