Time Management
About Lesson

Time Management Matrix:

  • This matrix provides a clear framework for categorizing tasks based on two critical dimensions: urgency and importance.
  • By combining these two dimensions, four distinct quadrants are used to evaluate and prioritize tasks for effective time management.

Eisenhower Matrix (Urgent/Important Matrix):

  • This matrix is similar to the Time Management Matrix, four quadrants based on urgency and importance.
  • Tasks are classified as urgent and important (do immediately), important but not urgent (schedule), urgent but not important (delegate), and neither urgent nor important (eliminate).
